CFRS is one of the housing choices for young adults with disabilities and special health care needs. We will provide the highest quality clinical care to sustain the well-being of every resident. Activities and amenities will be available and ready for use. We also encourage all our residents to partake in exercises and join our planned activities. If you are interested in a group home for your loved one, these services are what should make you consider choosing us. We are only eligible to take clients over 18 years old.
