Hi, my name is Tiblets Ghebre. I started my company in 2021. I started working as a CNA in 2014. My very first patient was diagnosed with Dementia Stage IV. While working with her, I realized that she did not like the other staff in the facility, she was paranoid and constantly in fear. During this time, she lost over 50 pounds. Her family, after seeing this, hired me to provide one on one care with her.
Slowly, I started to gain her trust, I provided her with the best care that she received. I would take her to get her haircuts and made sure she was provided the meals she wanted. Throughout my time with her, she gained back the weight that she drastically lost.
After seeing this, the therapists and other nurses often told me that this should be my career because I took care of her like she was my mother. I realized then that this is something I am passionate about and I know I can provide anyone that comes into my home with the care that they deserve.
Bio of Owner
Tiblets Ghebre is a single mother of 3. She immigrated to the United States in 2006 through a Diversity Visa Program with her children. She first became a CNA in 2011. While continuing her education, she worked with multiple patients as a CNA. In 2016, she obtained her LPN certification. As an LPN, she has worked with various patients with conditions such as autism, down syndrome with Tracheotomy and Gastrostomy Tube, dementia, and cerebral palsy.
Mission/ Vision
The mission of Care First Resident Services is to provide a safe environment that is supportive and provide encouragement for adults to reach their full potential while being treated with dignity and respect. Our goal is to create a trusting therapeutic relationship with all our residents and encourage them to partake in fun activities.
